If it is indexable, ITR can repair it! This includes tool holders, steel and carbide shank boring bars, face mills and indexable drills.

ITR is cost effective! We price repairs at 10% to 50% of the cost of replacement depending upon setup charges and the extent of damages. Although consistent, we also believe in fair pricing. We will not charge 50% of new simply because we can.
You can count on ITR for Just-In-Time performance. Typically, lead times run between 3 and 5 weeks from the date of customer approval. 24 – 48 hour service is available at a 50% premium. We also offer one week service at a 25% premium only if the original lead time exceeds 4 weeks.
Working with ITR is easy! Tooling can be shipped directly to ITR or through your preferred distributor. Carefully packaged tooling can be shipped via United Parcel Service, trucklines or dropped off if local. Please tell us on the packing slip what kind of service you require and what your preference is for return shipment.
Upon receipt, tooling is carefully inspected and assessed. You will be provided with an accurate quotation by phone or fax within 24 hours of receipt.
Orders are not processed until approved via fax, phone call, or e-mail. Please send all necessary prints and components for specials and emergency repairs.
